EBOO is our most potent method of delivering ozone to your blood. Dr. Robert Rowan, a pioneer in medical ozone use in the United States, has shown that EBOO can deliver three to four times more ozone to the blood compared to hyperbaric multi-pass ozone therapy.
Also known as Ozone Dialysis, EBOO uses a dialysis filter to facilitate the exchange of ozone to the blood. Blood is slowly pumped out of one arm, passed through the dialyzer, and returned through the other arm. While blood flows in one direction, ozone flows in the opposite direction, separated by a porous membrane that allows passive exchange. We can adjust the ozone concentration, blood flow rate, and treatment duration (typically 60 minutes) based on patient tolerance and medical needs.
