These cards are meant to relieve the guesswork for the recipient to come in and get started with Infusion therapy at Whole Health Center Houston.  Each card is designed for a specific infusion, and you can even choose to include the administrative cost for the recipient to get established as an Infusion Client. 

Just give them one of these cards, and all they have to do is show up, hand our receptionist the card, and we'll take it from there.

If you are buying this card for someone who is already established at our clinic as either a Patient or an Infusion Client, select 'NO'.
