Ancient Zechstein Sea Magnesium Chloride carefully blended with essential oils Lavender, Roman Chamomile and Cedar for deep, restorative sleep.
Sleep.
It can often be elusive.
As a medical provider, I have found that if you can fix someone's sleep, most of their other problems fall in line. Magnesium is a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions, many of which are essential to sleep and relaxation. I'm not saying this is the answer to every sleep problem, but I do know that 80% of Americans are deficient in magnesium due to soil depletion and diet.
As part of your bedtime routine, a topical magnesium can be very beneficial to deep, restorative sleep, even if you are taking oral magnesium. We have carefully crafted this blend to contain 100mg of magnesium chloride/ounce and essential oils (diluted to 0.2%) Lavender, Roman Chamomile and Cedar to have a potent, natural effect on your sleep.
Ingredients
Organic Fair Trade Shea Butter, Organic Jojoba oil, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Organic raw Cacao Butter, Organic Vitamin E oil (organic sunflower derived), Magnesium, and pure essential oils: Roman Chamomile, Cedar, and Lavender
